Refund Policy
We want to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Sometimes there are problems and a refund comes into mind. Below awe have outlined the rules for a refund.
1. You are eligible for a refund if:
a. you did not download our software from this site. Running the loader is fine. Injecting the software makes you ineligible though.
b. we made a mistake incorrect billing, product doesn’t work).
2. You will not get refunded if:
a. your E4U Software account has been previously banned. E.g. after violating our Terms of Service (ToS), and then creating a new account to buy again.
b. you fail to meet the system requirements. We state the requirements on the feature page of the product you bought.
c. you purchase a subscription for a product that is under maintenance or being updated. Even if you didn’t use the cheat yet. Look at the status page before you buy.
d. your account gets banned because of a detection. Use our cheats at your own risk.
3. Extra Notes:
a. All purchases are one-time payments. We do not auto-renew subscriptions, even if it might say so on any payment documents.
b. Please check your usage log to verify activity on your account. This way you can confirm yourself if you injected the software already.
c. If you open a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, your account will be permanently banned.
